Responsibilities
- Ability to juggle multiple contracts and programs across different customers
- Earned Value Management
- Coordinate development of quarterly Estimates at Complete
- Prepare manpower reports to support Global Patriot and LADS level staffing demand reviews including working with cross function leads to identify gaps and plans to closure
- Support proposal development and program start up activities
- Partnership with Landed Company personnel (Raytheon Emirates Limited)
- Business Capture strategy and proposal generation
- Typically requires BA / BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field & a minimum of 8 years finance experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years finance experience
- Experience with Estimates at Completion (EAC's) or similar systems and tools
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and processes
- Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Experience with Raytheon business systems SAP, BW, RPlan, PMX, EDIT+ or similar systems
