What You Will Do- As Principal System Administrator, you will be supporting a Raytheon Special Access Program based in Tewksbury, MA.
- Build, maintain, and secure Information Technology systems and directly supporting customer mission‑critical capabilities.
- Partner and work with program developers and system engineers to research issues, determine root causes and implement solutions to system problems.
- Collaborate and work with Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security requirements.
- Systems are operational 24x7 and occasionally require work effort beyond standard work hours.
- Must be able to support occasional after‑hour maintenance and on‑call support and must be able to lift to 35 pounds in support of hardware installations.
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or a master’s degree and minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience.
- Must have an active DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification (or higher) on start date.
- Experience using VMWare vCenter, vSphere, ESX and/or other virtual computing methods.
- Must have Red Hat Linux experience.
- Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government issued clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship required.
- Experience with NISPOM, JAFAN, JSIG, DFARS and/or DoD/RMF.
- Experience with data storage, NAS, and SAN technologies and solutions.
- Experience with Active Directory, VMware administration, backup and recovery.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems efficiently.

Salary range is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. Annual incentive compensation programs may apply based on level and collective bargaining agreement.
