Visual and Graphic Designer
Leidos is seeking a Visual and Graphic Designer to support its U.S. Air Force Cloud One Architecture and Common Shared Services contract. The role involves translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise, user‑friendly documentation for cloud implementation, training, compliance, and operations.
Key Responsibilities- Creates graphics, visual aids, diagrams, templates, branding and marketing guides, presentations and other communications products in line with brand standards.
- Manages version control and document lifecycle across multiple work streams.
- Communicates with internal and client project team members and influences solution design, processes, and approaches.
- Works independently to achieve day‑to‑day objectives and drives projects with significant operational impact.
- BS degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Interim Secret clearance required to start; ability to obtain Secret clearance required to maintain employment.
- US citizenship required.
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably supporting federal or DoD programs.
- Proven ability to write and edit complex technical content for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, cybersecurity principles, and enterprise IT environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and documentation tools (SharePoint, Confluence, Adobe Acrobat).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Agile development environments and Dev Sec Ops practices.
