ProgramProgram Integrator in support of the LTAMDS/Ghost Eye International program area within the Land Based Sensors (LBS) portfolio, part of the Land and Air Defense Solutions Strategic Business Unit (SBU). Reporting directly to the LTAMDS/Ghost Eye International Director and supporting the program offices, integrated product teams, and cross product teams.
Responsibilities- Assist with the day-to-day program execution cadence (battle rhythm) of the program, i.e., risk review boards, program management reviews, failure review boards, configuration control boards, etc.
- Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Corporate and Business policies and procedures.
- Support program execution on contractual commitments, including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations.
- Identify and implement key program metrics and actions by working collaboratively with the program offices within International LBS.
- Manage and track International LBS aggregated action items to ensure timely closure of actions, including the preparation and management of all required product lifecycle artifacts and reviews.
- Coordinate program data, information, and preparation for customer engagements and visits, as required at the International LBS level.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with members of the LBS program leadership teams (LTs) as necessary to achieve business and reporting requirements.
- Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed.
- University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
- Experience with financial analysis tools and/or digital technology tools.
- Must have one or more of the following:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Raytheon Program Management certification, Earned Value certification, or equivalent certification. - Prior experience supporting development, production, and/or sustainment programs, including balancing cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
- Experience with cost proposals, and/or gate packages.
- Experience working with external customers, including MENA, Asia Pacific, USG, or FMS partners.
- Product lifecycle management experience.
- Strong business acumen to proactively identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Action item prioritization/tracking with ability to ensure action owners are proactively managing effort.

- This position is an onsite role, located in Tewksbury, MA.
Salary range: 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
