• Perform builds and releases of digital products.
• Facilitate Digital Change Review Boards (DCRBs).
• Maintain, control, and administer the Digital Products Development Library (DDL).Formerly known as Software Digital Library (SDL).
• Design, plan, enforce, and coordinate configuration management (CM), RTX Policies, and Directives in accordance with program documentation under direction of DPCM Team Lead and/or Section Leader.
• Perform configuration planning & identification, change management & version control, status accounting, and configuration audits.
• Manage digital product development/media libraries.
• Document and maintain guidelines and standards for dependency management, build, and versioning.
• Administer DPCM tools (e.g., Microsoft Azure Dev Ops Server, Git, Bit Bucket, JIRA, Confluence).Manage access to tool applications and Dev Sec Ops  tools such as Coverity, Artifactory, Jenkins, Nexus, Git Lab CI/CD, Bamboo.
• Maintain familiarity with program schedule, budget, identify risks, and align work to promote reuse and efficiency.
• Coordinate data transfers and courier support among various environments.
• Support coordination of digital product releases and interfaces with functional and/or program leadership to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Support configuration management execution in multi‑environment areas.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred).(Qualifications include having a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent if no degree is available).
• Experience with scripting or programming languages (Perl, shell, PHP, C#, batch, Python, Ruby, or YAML).
• Experience with version control and change management/agile planning tools.
• Automation experience with shell scripting in Linux, Unix, and Windows.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret U.S. security clearance prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment, DPCM/Dev Sec Ops  technology, Information Technology (IT), and/or development/scripting experience.
• Strong background in task automation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Work effectively with stakeholders from cross‑discipline organizations.
