What You Will Do:- Track and manage hardware throughout the repair and return process
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including Program Office, Receiving, Test Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Shipping
- Ensure all repair items are accurately recorded and monitored in the workflow system.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations that clearly communicate repair status to stakeholders.
- Analyze material availability to support contract requirements, identify barriers, recommend solutions, and drive actions to meet program commitments
- Schedule, coordinate, and expedite movement of repair items through the process
- Use standard MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to support reporting and analysis
