We are currently seeking an ambitious and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our collaborative practice. This role is designed for a practitioner who seeks to manage a sophisticated caseload independently within a firm that prioritizes professional development, attorney autonomy, and a sustainable approach to the billable hour.

- Litigation & Advocacy: Draft legal pleadings, motions, and briefs in strict accordance with the Massachusetts Family & Probate Court Rules of Procedure; represent clients effectively in trial and evidentiary hearings.
- Case Management: Utilize advanced legal technology to manage a diverse caseload (typically 25–50 active matters), ensuring meticulous calendar management and accurate timekeeping.
- Client Relations: Maintain proactive communication with clients, managing expectations and delivering empathetic yet objective legal guidance.
Required:
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.): Degree from an accredited law school.
- Bar Admission: Active member of the Massachusetts Bar in good standing.
- Experience: 3+ years of dedicated family law/domestic relations experience, with at least 2–5 years managing a full caseload.
- Skill Set: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and public speaking abilities; proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred:
- Litigation Background: Proven trial experience is highly desirable.
- Dual Licensure: Admission to the New Hampshire Bar is a significant plus.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Familiarity with Bankruptcy law.
Annual Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 (commensurate with experience)
