Raytheon is looking for a Manager of Supply Chain Management to join the Operations & Supply Chain group for the Advanced Technologies Strategic Business Unit (SBU) – Advanced Integrated Surface Sensors directorate in Tewksbury, MA. This role requires advanced/applied knowledge of the material requirements planning (MRP) process, project management, and proposal activities.

• Develop and execute Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans.
• Plan and execute sourcing decisions and support the Make/Buy/Where process.
• Identify Customer Prime Contract Flow‑Downs and obtain any required Terms Attachments (Flow Down Attachment) and/or Modifications (TCMs).
• Assist with the generation of Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs).
• Generate Supplier Request for Information/Proposals/Quotes (RFIs/RFPs/RFQs) and obtain and understand supplier proposals/quotes.
• Generate and process Supplier New Add / Re‑Activation requests.
• Drive Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement/management.
• Participate in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

• Typically requires: A university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Industry experience in Aerospace and Defense.
• Experience with Supply Chain, Production Control, and/or Procurement processes and requirements.
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance is required.

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related.
• Experience with Prime Contract Requirements and Statements of Work (SSOWs).
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Ability to support complex product development efforts.
• Excellent reporting/communication skills.

Hybrid Role Details: Employees will work regularly both onsite and offsite. The ratio of onsite work is determined in partnership with your leader. Up to 30% travel to supplier and customer sites is required, with 2 days onsite per week at the Tewksbury or Andover locations.

Salary Range: 107,500 USD – 204,500 USD. Salary is a good‑faith estimate; additional factors such as experience, education, and key skills are considered.
