Overview
RTX is seeking a supply chain specialist to track and manage hardware throughout the repair and return process at our Tewksbury, MA facility. The role requires collaboration with cross‑functional partners and the use of standard MS Office tools to support reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities- Track and manage hardware throughout the repair and return process.
- Collaborate closely with Program Office, Receiving, Test Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Shipping.
- Ensure all repair items are accurately recorded and monitored in the workflow system.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations that clearly communicate repair status to stakeholders.
- Analyze material availability to support contract requirements, identify barriers, recommend solutions, and drive actions to meet program commitments.
- Schedule, coordinate, and expedite movement of repair items through the process.
- Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, General Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
- Strong foundation in logistics, problem‑solving, and project management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with material planning, order execution, and project management.
- Working knowledge of Production and Planning Control fundamentals, including MRP and Inventory Management.
Salary range: $68,900 - $131,100 USD. Eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Additional incentive compensation may be available in accordance with business and performance criteria.
