- Accountable for all Global Supply Chain activities on Global Patriot GEM-T International Programs
- Represent Global Supply Chain and serve as its interface to the Program Management Office
- Report Global Supply Chain program status and communicate critical issues to customers, offering solutions and implementing corrective actions
- Prepare monthly material sales forecasts using the Material Forecast Tool, aligning with IPTs, Procurement, and FP&A teams
- Perform monthly forecast variance analysis
- Proactively manage material sales Risk & Opportunity using the ROM Tool
- Support program offset and localization efforts, including project identification and international supplier assessment and development
- Support new program start-up activities, including development of the Material Program Plan, Contract Flow-Through Brief, and baselining activities
- Support bottoms-up proposal management, PMER kick-offs, capture planning, GSC proposal content, and CAPA supplier management
- Support internal and external program audits, including USG Material Pricing Audits and Program Definitization
- Support EXIM licensing requirements and Part 130 Sweeps
- Manage the program material lifecycle from capture through execution and sustainment (Gates 4–11)
- University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
- U.S. citizenship required
- Experience with budget and Earned Value (EV) management
- Experience with MRP systems and tools such as PRISM and KINAXIS
- Experience with Risk & Opportunity Management (ROM) Tool
- Experience with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and/or proposals
- Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering, Supply Chain or similar preferred
- MPM Level 4 Certification or ability to obtain within one (1) year preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to work and succeed in a matrix environment
- Ability to implement functional and program objectives and interface with internal management and supplier management
- Ability to succeed in a high-stress, fast-paced development environment
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Demonstrates expertise in Global Supply Chain management, including material lifecycle management, risk and opportunity management, and budget oversight. Proficient in utilizing MRP systems and tools to support program execution and compliance with licensing requirements.
