The Material Handler IIisresponsibleforadvancedmaterialhandling,shipping,andinventorycontrolactivities,includingdomesticandinternationalshipments.
ThisrolesupportswarehouseanddistributionoperationswhileensuringcompliancewithU.S.export regulations.
ThepositionrequiresexperienceinexportdocumentationpreparationandelectronicexportfilingsthroughAESandACEsystems.
- Receive,inspect,andverifyincomingmaterialsagainstpurchaseordersandpackingdocumentation
- Accurately pick,pack,stage,andshipmaterialsinaccordancewithworkordersandcustomerrequirements
- Preparedomesticandinternationalshipments,includingproperpackagingandlabeling
- Generateandreviewexportdocumentationsuchascommercialinvoices,packing lists,billsoflading,certificatesoforigin,andotherrequiredtradedocuments
- Submit Electronic Export Information (EEI) filingsthroughthe
Automated Export System (AES) - Process export-relatedentriesandfilingsthroughthe
Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) as required - EnsurecompliancewithU.S.export regulations(EARandotherapplicabletraderegulations)
- Validate HTS/Schedule Bclassificationsandsupportdocumentationaccuracy
- Coordinatewithfreightforwarders,customs brokers,andcarrierstoensuretimelyandcompliantshipments
- PerformERP/WMSinventoryandshippingtransactionsaccuratelyandtimely
- Conductcyclecountsandassistwithinventoryreconciliation
- O
- perateforkliftsandothermaterialhandlingequipment(as certified)
- Maintainorganizedrecordsinaccordancewithcompanyandregulatoryretentionpolicies
- Identifyprocessimprovementsandassistintrainingjuniorteammembers
- Highschooldiplomaorequivalentrequired
- 2+yearsofwarehouse,material handling,orshippingexperience
- Experiencewithinternationalshippingandexportdocumentation
- WorkingknowledgeofAESfilingsandACEportalprocesses
- FamiliaritywithERPsystemsandwarehousemanagementsystems
- Strongunderstandingofinventorycontrolpractices
- Forklift certification(orabilitytoobtaincertification)
- Abilitytoliftupto
