MAKE-READY TECHNICIAN – TURN HOMES INTO MOVE-IN MAGIC

• Apartment Refresh – Repair surfaces, replace fixtures, test appliances, change HVAC filters, touch up flooring and carpet, and apply fresh paint to get apartments sparkling clean and move‑in ready.
• Safety First – Keep a safe work environment for both residents and your team while following all company and industry safety standards.
• Pitch In – Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs and property upkeep whenever needed.
• Resident‑Friendly – Interact with residents in a friendly, professional way when you’re working on‑site.

• Full‑Time Stability – Work Monday through Friday, with occasional on‑call hours for emergencies.
