Integrated Product Team (IPT) Program Lead – Patriot Software and Training Devices

Raytheon’s Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department is seeking a skilled and motivated IPT Program Lead for the Patriot Software and Training Devices IPT. This onsite role, based in Tewksbury, MA, requires a U.S. Citizen with a current Secret security clearance.

• Lead cost, schedule, and execution for the Patriot Software and Training Devices scope across assigned programs.
• Develop and report proposal costing efforts, including BOEs and leadership reviews.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team leaders and engineers within the Patriot Software and Training Devices team.
• Collaborate regularly across functions and engineering disciplines.
• Travel as required to meet programmatic objectives, including regular travel among Raytheon locations in Massachusetts and occasional domestic or international travel.

• Typical qualifications: STEM degree, at least 12 years of relevant experience, experience managing cost and schedule execution for technical projects, and supervising a team of at least 10 engineers.
• Experience in proposal development such as creating BOEs and contributing to leadership review presentations.
• Active, transferable Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Preferred qualifications:
  
  experience with software development, deployment, and testing; earned‑value certification; ability to collaborate with other engineering disciplines; and strong communication and leadership skills.

• Competitive salary range: $157,200 – $298,800 USD.
