• Develop, maintain and analyze Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule.
• Ensure accurate, appropriate, effective plan established for scope of work.
• Analyze critical path, risk integration, IMS structure, and evaluate trends and schedule‑related metrics.
• Review and implement IMS coding, outlining structures, and adherence to directives and scheduling best practices.
• Assist the lead scheduler/planner on larger/more complex efforts or manage smaller efforts.
• Integrate program technical and programmatic solutions into IMS baseline plan, ensuring cost, schedule and technical requirements are incorporated.
• Create and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) achieving necessary cost and schedule integration.
• Review IMS planned work for accuracy, identifying missing or improperly planned work.
• Recommend and use alternative program management plans/artifacts (HUM, MPS, First Unit Flow).
• Conduct and explain Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) results, integrate mitigation plans into IMS and schedule risks into Risk Management process.
• Provide weekly and monthly planning metrics on schedule status, baseline maintenance, critical path analysis, schedule variance analysis and network logic validation using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes.
• Mentor and train junior planners.

• Bachelor’s Degree (or advanced degree) plus minimum 8 years of Program Planning, Scheduling or Project Management experience, or 5 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience with scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan or similar.
• Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and evaluating critical path/workflow.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM.
• Experience integrating technical, schedule and cost into IMS in an EVMS environment.
• Strong understanding of program technical and programmatic solutions for integration and modeling.
• Proficiency in interpreting/analyzing Schedule Risk Analysis results, schedule risk/opportunity drivers, and probability of success.
• Collaboration with Planning and functional organization SMEs.
• Knowledge of hardware/software development life cycle and exposure to agile methodologies.
• Leadership and mentoring skills in scheduling and EVMS techniques.
• Process improvement mindset and problem‑solving ability.

$107,500 – $204,500 USD.
