RTX seeks a Principal Software Systems Quality Engineer (Compliance) to join the Land & Air Defense Systems program in Tewksbury, MA. The role is onsite Monday–Friday, with occasional test witnessing near Andover, Pelham, and Marlborough, and requires active engagement with customers and senior leadership.
You will review deliverables, lead risk assessments, apply Agile/Dev Sec Ops practices, and ensure compliance with quality and contractual standards across the software lifecycle.
