Takes orders from customers at the grill station and prepares items requiring short preparation.;
Uses established recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality and portion control.;
Maintains sanitation and safety by cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing work areas and equipment.;
Ensures food is at correct temperature and visually appealing before service.;
Attends in-service and safety meetings and communicates concerns to supervisor.
