Premium compensation may be paid at a rate of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Job OverviewEntertainment associates greet customers on the sales floor and offer assistance. They are tech-savvy and recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and ensure entertainment displays are maintained throughout the day.
