The mission of the software team in Tewksbury or Woburn, MA is to provide world‑class software for our customers, focusing on Battle Management, Command & Control, Communications, Effectors, and Surveillance & Warning systems.

• Participate in collaborative, cross‑discipline integrated product teams.
• Employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications.
• Participate in agile execution and continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with Systems and Integration Test Engineers to analyze, implement and test system solutions.

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in software development, integration, or testing using C++, C#, Java, or a similar language.
• Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Strong problem‑solving, teamwork and communication skills.
• Desire and ability to learn new technologies and tools.
• Experience working in an Agile environment such as Scrum, Scrum@Scale, SAFe, Test‑Driven Development or Dev Sec Ops .
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with time‑critical requirements.
• Experience contributing to a team environment for developing creative solutions to difficult technical problems.
• Experience with integrated development tools such as Azure, Git, Atlassian Suite, Jenkins, Eclipse, and Ansible.
• Experience working in a continuous integration/continuous development pipeline.
• Knowledge of Red Hat and/or Linux Operating Systems.
• Exposure to Open Systems Architectures and modular design principles.

• Salary range: USD
  68,900–131,100.
