The mission of the software team in Tewksbury or Woburn, MA is to provide world‑class software for our customers, focusing on Battle Management, Command & Control, Communications, Effectors, and Surveillance & Warning systems.
What You Will Do:- Participate in collaborative, cross‑discipline integrated product teams.
- Employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications.
- Participate in agile execution and continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with Systems and Integration Test Engineers to analyze, implement and test system solutions.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience in software development, integration, or testing using C++, C#, Java, or a similar language.
- Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Strong problem‑solving, teamwork and communication skills.
- Desire and ability to learn new technologies and tools.
- Experience working in an Agile environment such as Scrum, Scrum@Scale, SAFe, Test‑Driven Development or Dev Sec Ops .
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with time‑critical requirements.
- Experience contributing to a team environment for developing creative solutions to difficult technical problems.
- Experience with integrated development tools such as Azure, Git, Atlassian Suite, Jenkins, Eclipse, and Ansible.
- Experience working in a continuous integration/continuous development pipeline.
- Knowledge of Red Hat and/or Linux Operating Systems.
- Exposure to Open Systems Architectures and modular design principles.
- Relocation eligible.
- Salary range: USD
