- Participate in collaborative, cross‑discipline integrated product teams, employing agile software development techniques to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications.
- Assist and participate in the requirements, design, development and testing of real‑time embedded software, application software, and tools, including development of new work products or enhancement of existing applications and systems.
- Work collaboratively with Systems and Integration Test Engineers to analyze, implement and test systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM discipline.
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in software development, integration, and/or test using C++, Java, C#, or similar object‑oriented language.
- Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date.
- Experience leading teams.
- Experience contributing to a team environment developing creative solutions to difficult technical problems.
- Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum, Scrum@Scale, SAFe, Test‑Driven Development, Dev Sec Ops .
- Strong problem‑solving, teamwork and communication skills.
- Desire and ability to learn new technologies and tools; ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with time‑critical requirements.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins), configuration management tools (e.g., Azure, Jira, Git, Bitbucket, Artifactory), and data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python).
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, memory management, multithreaded applications.
- Knowledge of Red Hat and/or Linux operating systems and Windows development.
- Exposure to Open Systems Architectures and modular design principles.
Salary range: 86,800 USD – 165,200 USD (good faith estimate). Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, parental leave, paid time off and holidays. Eligibility for annual short‑term and/or long‑term incentive compensation programs depends on level and collective‑bargaining agreement. Relocation eligible.
