Software Lead — NASAMS Euro bundle Program

Security ClearanceU.S. citizenship required. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued Secret clearance is required after start date.
What You Will Do- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks & opportunities (R&O), and estimate at completion (EAC) in collaboration with CAM and CPTL.
- Coordinate with NASAMS Software Product Owners to plan and execute scope using agile methodologies.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including the Chief Product Owner, Systems Engineering, Systems Integration & Test, and Life‑Cycle Engineering, to align execution plans.
- Represent Software Engineering in key program meetings:
Program Management Reviews, Preliminary Design Reviews, Critical Design Reviews, and gate reviews. - Provide ad‑hoc support for program proposals and related documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years or more prior relevant experience.
- Experience managing agile‑based software development teams, using Jira and Confluence.
- Full life‑cycle software management experience from requirements analysis to delivery.
- Experience in real‑time, mission‑critical development using C/C++.
- Experience tracking and analyzing software development metrics to ensure quality and performance.
- Ability to obtain U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance.
- Project or program cost, schedule and risk management experience.
- Experience with Earned Value Management, Risk & Opportunity and/or Integrated Master Schedule.
- Experience with proposal or capture efforts.
- Raytheon BOE‑certified.
- Experience in the development of radar systems and missile technologies, including integration into larger systems.
- Embedded system development experience (RTOS, low‑level software).
- Artificial intelligence and machine learning application experience in aerospace and defense.
- Mission‑critical Command, Control, and Information (C2I) or Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4
ISR) development experience.
