Location: North TewksburySenior Software Engineer – Tewksbury, Massachusetts
Location:
Tewksbury, Massachusetts. Role Type:
Onsite. Requires a U.S. Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
What You Will Do
Assist and participate in the requirements, design, development, and testing of real-time embedded software, application software, and tools.Design, code, test, integrate, and document software solutions.Participate in internal reviews of software components and systems.Collaborate with project managers and other engineering professionals.Follow established development practices and processes to maintain configuration management of software products.Qualifications
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.Proficiency in C++, C, and/or Java.Ability to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret U.S. Government‑issued security clearance.U.S. citizenship is required.Experience with real‑time software development, application development, testing, and verification.Knowledge of data structures and algorithms, systems software design, operating systems, and software development life cycle.Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, GIT, Jira, Jenkins, Perl, Bash, and Korn Shell.Experience in a team‑based development environment, preferably Agile/SCRUM, Dev Ops, and test automation.Strong problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to produce technical documentation.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing software in a team‑based environment using Agile/SCRUM, Dev Ops, and test automation practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with coworkers across different conflict resolution styles.

Salary Range
107,500 USD – 204,500 USD (good faith estimate, varies with experience).
