Raytheon is seeking a Software Integration Engineer to join our Dual Band Radar Software Integration Team located in Tewksbury, MA. We integrate software developed in C++, C, and Java. Tasks include software test and verification, data analysis, and software tools development. This role will require travel to support our Navy customer.

What You Will Do:

Support the platforms on which D  operates by leading the installation, testing, troubleshooting, and configuration management of software builds with the radar system IBM P9 Integration. Travel to perform software installs, provide radar operation support, data analysis, and address any emergent issues. Perform integration and testing of application software, and tools that run on the AIX/UNIX operating system. Maintenance and enhancement of tooling infrastructure.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a degree in Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations. Experience with C, C++, or Java development and Linux/Unix. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government issued Interim Secret security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:
Active Secret Clearance. Experience in Agile development methods, including Scrum, automated testing, and continuous integration. Scripting experience with a language such as Perl or Python. Experience with network communication protocols.
