The Quality Engineer Associate supports manufacturing process and product quality by applying quality engineering principles, standards, and problem‑solving tools to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, enhance product quality, and drive compliance with established standards and specifications. The position plays an important role in supporting new products, technologies, and manufacturing processes while ensuring effective root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.

- Helps ensure consistent product quality and manufacturing excellence by applying quality standards and engineering best practices.
- Drives improvements in customer satisfaction by addressing process issues, enhancing performance, and supporting compliance with product requirements.
- Supports innovation and operational success through the implementation of new products, processes, and technologies.
- Contributes to business performance by identifying quality opportunities, solving complex problems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Apply quality engineering tools and methodologies to improve manufacturing processes, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze process performance, identify quality concerns, conduct root‑cause investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop, maintain, and audit product and process specifications to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Support the implementation of new products, technologies, and manufacturing processes while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Participate in cross‑functional teams to drive process improvements, plant optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
- Track, analyze, and report key quality and process performance indicators while supporting project execution and risk management activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, quality, or engineering environment.
- Experience or certifications related to quality control systems, problem‑solving methodologies, and project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to apply systematic problem‑solving techniques and troubleshoot equipment and process‑related issues.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams.
- Proven ability to contribute to team goals, embrace continuous improvement, and adapt to a dynamic manufacturing environment.
