Perform general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment including plumbing, carpentry, painting and mechanical equipment repair;
Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely;
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and complete reports;
Inspect and maintain emergency power equipment and fire alarm systems, testing and recording data;
Inspect and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures, and repair or refinish furniture as needed
