Delivery Driver (non‑CDL)
Pay Rate: $17.75/hour.
OverviewPrimary focus is the delivery of product to customers ensuring customer satisfaction through on‑time delivery and professional interaction. The delivery driver is responsible for providing timely transportation of products from origin to destination as assigned, alongside unloading and staging products at the customer's place of business.
Key Responsibilities- Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations.
- Assist in verification of all outgoing and incoming product for accuracy in terms of size, amount and type.
- Collect payments from customers in monetary form acceptable to Company.
- Efficiently unload cargo and stage products at customer's location.
- Ensure all administrative paperwork concerning delivery orders is available for inspection and accompanies each delivery.
- Maintain professional representation of the Company in all interactions with customers and through responsible driving.
- Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations, including driver’s logs, fuel purchases, mileage records, and other required records.
- Occasionally operate powered industrial vehicles (forklift, pallet jacks, order pickers, etc.).
- Perform timely transportation of product from origin to destination as assigned.

- Masters Service Conversations – navigating customer conversations using the four parts of a service conversation (open, learn, reply, close).
- Service Into Sales – recognizing and presenting sales opportunities during service interactions.
- Verbal Communication – expressing ideas and requests clearly and effectively.
- High School or GED degree.
- 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
- Strong skills in field service interactions, policy & procedures, service conversations, and sales engagement.
- Occasionally stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle items, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate under various weather conditions.
- Travel required:
75% of the time; no overnight stays.
