Position Description
Pay Rate: $17.75/hour. The primary focus of the Warehouse II role is the movement of product within the warehouse. The role also serves as a back‑up delivery driver for non‑CDL trucks. This general labor position prioritizes and picks product to fill orders and physically moves and lifts product weighing up to 150 pounds.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in administrative tasks such as handling and preparing paperwork associated with daily warehouse closing.
- Verify all incoming and outgoing products for accuracy in terms of amount, size and type; inform management of inventory and supply shortages and assist with periodic inventory counts.
- Compile and submit regular reports of damaged or outdated stock, over and under shipments, returns to vendors and segregate defective product from normal inventory flow.
- Prioritize and pick material to fill orders and stage product for loading.
- Designate and organize warehouse stock by product line and physical alignment to allow sufficient space for overflow.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, lifting products up to approximately 50 pounds; handle tires (rolling, destacking, team lifting) exceeding 50 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, etc.) safely and maintain an operator license if required.
- Perform periodic facilities maintenance and custodial tasks such as cleaning parking lot, loading dock, surrounding area, keeping floors clear of debris, maintaining bathrooms and assisting in daily closing.

- High School diploma or GED.
- 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
- Knowledge of policy and procedures, storage and verbal communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 150 pounds and use ergonomic lifting techniques.
- Valid forklift operator license or ability to obtain one.
Employees may stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk, hear, taste and/or smell. They are occasionally required to lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds and handle tires weighing over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
The work environment includes exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise levels and about 5% travel.
