Front Desk Receptionist | D.O.F.I. (Director of First Impressions)

HealthCARE Express is currently looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!

As a D.O.F.I. (Director of First Impressions), you'll be the first face patients see and the first voice they hear when they contact our clinic. Our front desk team plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, positive experience for every patient.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, verifying insurance and patient information, collecting payments, scanning documents into patient charts, and helping maintain an organized front office. You'll work closely with both patients and clinical staff to help keep daily operations running smoothly.

We're looking for someone who communicates well, stays positive in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team. Previous medical office experience is helpful, but a great attitude, reliability, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to learn go a long way with us.

Schedule & Pay
• $15 hour

• 30+ hours per week

• 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM-8:00 PM)

• Rotating Saturdays (8:00 AM-4:00 PM)
