About The Role

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support a large, complex healthcare campus in Texarkana, TX. In this onsite role, you will help coordinate facility operations for a major regional healthcare provider, supporting a hospital environment spanning approximately 2.5 million square feet. Working alongside another Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role in work order management, administrative support, compliance documentation, and vendor coordination to help ensure a safe and efficient patient care environment.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM CT, with no travel required.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate and track facility work orders from initiation through completion.
  • Serve as a point of contact for facility-related service requests and inquiries.
  • Dispatch work orders and monitor progress to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain healthcare accreditation and compliance documentation, records, and filing systems.
  • Issue and manage purchase orders to support facility operations.
  • Organize vendor paperwork, proposals, department records, and operational reports.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders, service providers, and contractors to support day-to-day facility activities.
  • Utilize client systems and platforms, including Infor, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat, to manage administrative and operational processes.
What You'll Need
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Up to 2 years of administrative, facilities, customer service, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience managing documentation, filing systems, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and general PC applications; experience with enterprise systems is a plus.
  • Ability to learn and navigate client-specific software platforms and workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment while following established procedures and processes.
