We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Texarkana, Texas. As a valued member of our front office team, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents and their families.

• Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage the front desk, including answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate staff member
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes
• Participate in resident activities and events, promoting a sense of community and social engagement
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed
