As a Sales Manager, you will be a:- Guide for families and older adults – helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move‑in.
- Team player – working with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads from medical, financial, legal, religious leaders and other local businesses.
- Partner – collaborating with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.
- 3‑week onboarding & orientation program featuring in‑depth instruction in Brookdale's unique approach to sales, systems to help you succeed, one‑on‑one coaching with your District Director, ongoing monthly continuing education, and customized tools for marketing your community.

Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience; senior living experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation.

Base pay will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Role is also eligible for monthly and quarterly commission opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
