As a Sales Manager, you will be a:
  • Guide for families and older adults – helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move‑in.
  • Team player – working with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads from medical, financial, legal, religious leaders and other local businesses.
  • Partner – collaborating with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience; senior living experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation.
