Overview
RBT Roofing is seeking a Field Supervisor to support and lead commercial roofing projects across multiple job sites. This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for coordinating crews, maintaining job site safety and organization, and ensuring roofing systems are installed according to specifications and quality standards.
TravelThis position requires extensive travel, with supervisors spending approximately 70% of the year on the road supporting projects.
Responsibilities- Coordinate crews on commercial roofing projects across multiple job sites
- Maintain job site safety and organization
- Ensure roofing systems are installed according to specifications and quality standards
- Experience in field supervision of roofing projects
- Ability to travel extensively (70% of time)
