Job DetailsWe're seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and manage large‑scale concrete operations across municipal, commercial, and structural projects. This role is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating equipment and materials, and executing high‑production concrete placements safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Our most challenging projects and demanding schedules are where we excel, and this role is critical to that success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, supervise, and coordinate concrete crews on site, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety at all times
- Plan and execute large‑volume concrete pours ranging from 600–800 cubic yards per placement
- Oversee layout, installation, and stripping of wall system formwork (gang forms, panel systems, and related forming systems)
- Operate and supervise use of laser screed systems for flatwork and paving applications
- Direct concrete placement using paving machines, including setup, calibration, and finishing coordination
- Manage curb & gutter projects, ensuring proper line, grade, jointing, and finish quality
- Read and interpret project plans, specifications, grades, and elevations
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, inspectors, and subcontractors to maintain schedules
- Enforce company safety policies, OSHA standards, and jobsite best practices
- Train and mentor crew members, promoting skill development and accountability
- Ensure proper care, maintenance, and utilization of tools, equipment, and machinery
- Maintain daily production reports, manpower tracking, and material quantities
Hands‑on concrete experience, with prior foreman or lead role
- Wall system formwork
- Laser screed operations
- Concrete paving machines
- Curb & gutter construction
- High‑volume pours (600–800 yards per pour)
- Strong understanding of concrete mix designs, placement methods, finishing techniques, and curing practices
- Ability to manage crews on municipal, commercial, and structural concrete projects
- Solid knowledge of jobsite safety standards and quality control procedures
- Ability to work under tight schedules and in demanding field conditions
- Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus
- Experience on DOT or municipal concrete paving projects
- Background working on fast‑paced, schedule‑driven concrete operations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
