Customer Services Representative (Open)

Location:

Texarkana, TX - Filling industrial

• Partner with Account Managers to empower our sales team and ensure alignment for our client base.
• Resolve customer account needs and foster long‑term satisfaction through dedicated service and coordination.
• Maintain excellent records and account health.
• Provide meaningful assistance to ensure clients feel supported and heard.
• Advance internal processes to improve the overall customer journey.
• Foster partnership across departments to resolve complex inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain a collaborative and team‑oriented approach to daily office operations.
• Travel within the region as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in industrial gases and welding supplies or similar industrial products.
• Must be able to work overtime and occasional weekends to meet operational deadlines.
• Must have reliable transportation; moderate business travel required.
• Possess proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, database programs).
• 2-3 years hands‑on experience with SAP (or similar ERP) strongly desired.
