Role Overview

Customer Services Representative – Texarkana, TX.

• Partner with Account Managers to empower the sales team and ensure alignment for the client base.
• Resolve customer account needs and foster long‑term satisfaction through dedicated service and coordination.
• Nurture existing relationships and support the Sales Team.
• Provide seamless service to our professional community and resolve inquiries promptly and thoughtfully.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain excellent records and account health.
• Offer meaningful assistance to ensure clients feel supported and heard.
• Advance internal processes to improve the overall customer journey.
• Maintain a collaborative and team‑oriented approach to daily office operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in industrial gases and welding supplies or similar industrial products.
• Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends to meet operational deadlines.

• Moderate business travel required within the region.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, database programs).
• 2–3 years current hands‑on experience with SAP (or similar ERP) strongly desired.
• Ability to enter and extract data into and out of a computer.
