Curriculum Implementation Coach
Leary Independent School District, Texarkana, Texas.
Job Description- Support K-5 RLA teachers and K-8 math teachers with internalization of Bluebonnet lessons and instructional routines.
- Lead PLC meetings focused on instruction, student work, and effective curriculum implementation.
- Collaborate with district leadership to strengthen high‑quality Tier 1 instruction.
- Monitor student progress and support teachers in addressing learning gaps.
- Work with administration and teachers to collect, analyze, interpret, and use data to guide instructional decisions.
10-month contract. Pay based on teacher salary schedule. Position is for one year based on grant funding.
Position Type: Full-time.
- Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with appropriate teacher certification. - Knowledge of the implementation of Bluebonnet.
- Strong knowledge of/experience with elementary math and reading instruction.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
