Job Title: Lecturer/Assistant Professor & Clinical Coordinator – Radiologic Technology Agency
Location: Texas A&M University – Texarkana, Texas
Salary: Proposed Minimum Salary – Commensurate

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Correlate and coordinate clinical education with didactic education and evaluate its effectiveness
- Participate in didactic and/or clinical instruction
- Support the program director to ensure effective program operation
- Participate in the accreditation and assessment process
- Maintain current knowledge of the professional discipline and educational methodologies through continuing professional development
- Maintain current knowledge of program policies, procedures, and student progress
- Minimum Qualifications for Lecturer
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in curriculum design, evaluation, instruction, program administration, and academic advising
- At least two years of clinical experience in the discipline
- At least one year of experience as an instructor in a JRCERT‑accredited program
- Holds current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification and registration, or equivalent, in radiography
- Preferred Qualifications for Lecturer
- Master’s Degree
- Proficient in curriculum design, evaluation, instruction, program administration, and academic advising
- Three years of clinical experience in the discipline
- Two years of experience as an instructor in a JRCERT‑accredited program
- Minimum Qualifications for Assistant Professor
- Terminal Degree such as PhD, EdD, DSci, DNP, etc.
- Proficient in curriculum design, evaluation, instruction, program administration, and academic advising
- Three years of clinical experience in the discipline
- Two years of experience as an instructor in a JRCERT‑accredited program
- Holds current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification and registration, or equivalent, in radiography
- Other Requirements
- Ability to travel and work beyond normal office hours
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
This position generally does not supervise employees.
