Job Title: Adjunct Instructor - Business
Responsibilities- Teach business course(s) in one or more of the following disciplines: accounting, business law, agribusiness, economics, entrepreneurship, finance, general business (e.g., introduction to business, business communication, international business), management (e.g., human resources, operations, supply chain, technology management), marketing, and/or sports management.
- Teach courses in modalities: face‑to‑face, web‑enhanced, hybrid, or online.
- Conduct courses as a 5‑week, 8‑week, 10‑week or 16‑week term, depending on the semester.
- Coordinate course administrative duties, including grading student work, loading all course content (assessments and lecture modules), meeting with students, submitting grades in a timely manner, meeting census and grade deadlines, and additional administrative duties as needed.
- Undergraduate courses: Master’s degree in the teaching discipline or related field, with a minimum of 18 graduate‑level credit hours, from a regionally accredited institution.
- Graduate courses: Doctorate or terminal degree in the teaching discipline or related field, with a minimum of 18 graduate‑level credit hours, from a regionally accredited institution.
- Must meet AACSB initial and maintenance qualifications for the last six‑year period in the field of teaching per AACSB standard 3 of the 2026 Global Standards for Business Education.
- Undergraduate section with master’s degree: $3,300 per section.
- Undergraduate section with Ph.D.: $3,800 per section.
- Graduate section with master’s degree: $4,000 per section.
- Graduate section with Ph.D.: $4,500 per section.
