WhatYou’ll Actually Do
- Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: Execute high‑volume cash transactions—including deposits, withdrawals, and complex negotiable instrument processing—with 100% accuracy. Maintain a compliance‑first mindset, ensuring all security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards are met to keep customers’ assets safe.
- Digital Concierge: Educate clients on leveraging mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments, helping them gain convenience and security in their daily financial lives.
- First‑Line Consultant: Identify customers’ personal or business goals by actively listening and pair them with the right digital tools or banking solutions to help them succeed.
- Hospitality Lead: Greet customers and ensure no one feels like a number, balancing efficiency of a high‑volume operation with the warmth of a community‑focused partner.
- Support surrounding Branches within a 50‑mile radius, with occasional opportunities to assist other locations in the broader Region.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, with hours and days subject to change.
- Attend all required training sessions, which may occur on a schedule differing from the primary shift.
- Lifting up to 25 pounds and standing/standing for extended periods of time.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance.

- Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent; at least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience; at least 6 months of cash handling experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s degree; 2+ years of Retail or Customer‑facing experience; proficiency in G‑Suite; strong written and oral communication skills.
