Disability Services of the Southwest (DSSW) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Hippotherapy Therapist to join our expanding team in Texarkana, TX. This contract role focuses on providing assessments and therapeutic services to children and adults with disabilities—primarily participants in the CLASS program.

• Work with Texas’ largest CLASS program provider
• Serve a diverse population with meaningful needs
• Enjoy flexible scheduling and independent contract work
• Be part of a mission-driven, supportive team

• Deliver hippotherapy services using equine-assisted techniques
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client goals
• Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for all sessions

• Licensed OT, PT, or SLP with hippotherapy training or certification
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional
• Must meet all state and agency background requirements
