Schedule:

Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

As a Certified Medical Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for every patient. Responsibilities may include assisting with patient care, supporting providers during visits, and helping ensure the clinic operates smoothly each day.

Your Responsibilities May Include
  • Escorting patients to exam rooms and preparing them for their appointments
  • Obtaining and documenting vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information
  • Assisting providers during patient visits, exams, and clinical procedures
  • Collecting and processing laboratory specimens as directed
  • Performing clinical duties within the scope of your certification and training
  • Maintaining clean, organized treatment rooms and stocked supplies
  • Accurately documenting patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Educating patients on provider instructions and follow-up care
  • Cross-training to support multiple areas of the clinic
  • Stepping in wherever needed to help the team deliver outstanding patient care while supporting our mission, vision, and values
What We're Looking For

Required: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and enjoys creating a positive experience for every patient. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable using computers and electronic medical records, and able to prioritize responsibilities while maintaining strict confidentiality. Strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and a willingness to learn and support teammates are essential.
