Salary Range: $68,000.00.

• Lead the charge for ensuring all employees, customers, and visitors understand the importance of 100% safety compliance.
• Coach employees to ensure they understand job responsibilities and how they affect internal and external customers upstream and downstream.
• Monitor safety, quality, and production data for trends and opportunities for problem-solving and waste elimination.
• Lead continuous improvement activities in the assigned department to ensure the company is at maximum production capabilities.
• Provide feedback to the team concerning safety.
• Conduct safety observations.
• Coach employees to ensure they understand job responsibilities and how they impact internal and external customers.
• Ensure employees are trained to safely perform job duties in a manner that meets or exceeds quality and production requirements.

• Operational knowledge regarding process, equipment capability, practices, systems.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization.
• Able to work flexible/rotating hours as production needs are required.
• Associates Degree with 2 years of manufacturing experience or 5 years manufacturing experience required, preferably in aluminum manufacturing.
• Two years experience in a supervisory and/or leadership role required.

• Strong mechanical and process aptitude preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly with Excel and other computer related programs.
