We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing primary care team in Texarkana, TX. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families across the lifespan.

• Provide full-scope primary care services including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care.
• Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate treatment plans.
• Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using EMR systems.
• Ensure patient satisfaction, safety, and adherence to care standards.

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Texas.
• National board certification (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in family medicine or primary care (preferred).
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Full-time, Monday‑Friday schedule (no nights or weekends).
