Texas Health Institute is seeking a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse to deliver quality patient care in Home Health. In this role, you will provide technical skilled care directly in the patient's home.
The ideal candidate should have a current LPN or LVN licensure and be able to work independently while maintaining effective communication with patients and their families. A current Driver's License and CPR certification are necessary.
