Direct Jobs is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to assist the Registered Nurse in delivering patient care and supporting the nursing process. The LVN will help develop care plans, report changes, and document patient status to ensure continuity of care.
Responsibilities include patient/family education, adherence to policies, and participation in quality improvement activities. The role is a full-time daytime position based in a hospital setting with standard 8AM-5PM hours.
