Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or LPN
Must hold an LVN or LPN license in Texas and possess supervisory experience in the nursing field.
Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) will participate in and direct patient care delivery in accordance with facility clinical systems, regulatory requirements, and physician orders. They will ensure the highest quality services are delivered in a customer‑service‑friendly environment, and play a key role in creating a positive resident experience by providing compassionate healthcare.

Responsibilities- Maintain nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices consistent with licensure requirements and the Nurse Practice Act.
- Evaluate staffing patterns needed to meet resident needs in consultation with the Director of Nursing.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Transcribe and implement physician orders.
- Implement and evaluate care plans.
- Identify and secure equipment supplies.
- Direct and oversee subordinates, organize job tasks, and allocate time.
- Monitor infection‑control compliance.
- Investigate and document accidents and incidents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Current, valid licensure as a LVN/LPN.
- Experience in long‑term healthcare preferred.
- Management or supervisory experience required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
