Lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.;
Manage assigned systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals, delegate tasks, and report results back to the team and other managers.;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for the best service, and train staff in service procedures.;
Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food quickly, food is safe, food cost is controlled, and kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new menu items.;
Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; motivate and recognize staff throughout their time working there.
