Retail Display Installer – Technology
Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average | Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.
Schedule: Work Monday–Friday | Weekends are not required.
Role2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role, you will execute a wide range of in‑store tasks including:
- Installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps
- Performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs
- Following planograms and client‑specific directives
You will work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile applications and technology to complete assignments efficiently and professionally. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as you will manage store‑level relationships and ensure top‑quality execution on every project.

- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period
- Variety of projects and clients
- Respond quickly (within 24 hours) to field services management communications.
- Keep availability updated and accurate.
- Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install and build displays, end caps, and fixturing.
- Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys associated with each job and finalize before leaving the site.
- Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures fully functional.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission and report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Participate and complete training and certification programs.
- Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
- Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends and early‑morning hours; schedules are based on store/client requirements.
- Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Follow all directives and execute fully and completely.
- Work closely with the shared services team to ensure goals, identify improvement opportunities, communicate, and drive solutions while ensuring operational efficiencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the shared services team, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and other stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration and communication with internal teams, clients, retailers, and field representatives.
- Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership while representing the company.
- Set high standards for behavior, foster a positive work environment, and communicate transparently.
- Work across all company aspects and cross‑functional processes to ensure alignment and operational success.
- Ensure customer and client satisfaction is met and continually improved per shared service field KPIs.

- Must be 18 or older (due to insurance requirements).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability Monday–Friday.
- Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
