COMPENSATION RATE

Starting rate: $14.50. Hourly pay range: $14.50-$15.39

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice and ensure a great customer experience.
• Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals.
• Store Operations: Keep the store looking its best; organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise. This role involves lifting up to 50 pounds and standing most of the shift.
• Cashier Duties: Handle cashier responsibilities, accurately processing payments and ensuring customers leave with a great final impression.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories to share product details that enhance customer experience and boost sales.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
