• Ensure that all team members deliver exceptional customer service, providing a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Assist in supervising daily activities of store associates, ensuring effective performance and service quality.
• Facilitate the receiving and organization of new stock, making sure products are efficiently displayed on the sales floor.
• Act as the Manager on Duty when required, managing store operations, staff, and addressing customer needs.
• Oversee opening and closing processes, including cash management, security protocols, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
• Support the training and onboarding of new associates, helping them understand policies, product knowledge, and operations.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising strategies and enhancing customer service.
• Collaborate with the leadership team on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Perform basic store maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing the sales space.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College experience is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multi-task effectively and think creatively.
• Capability to stay composed under pressure.

• Regularly operate cash registers.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and place items at heights of up to 10 feet.
• Access stock on ladders as necessary.
• Engage in physical movements, such as kneeling and bending, on the sales floor and in the stock room.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members both in person and via phone.
• Assist customers throughout the store and navigate between the sales floor and stock room.
• Be flexible with scheduling to meet business needs, including working days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.
• Interpret instructions related to merchandise layouts and operational procedures.
• Maintain a standing position for up to 80% of the workday.
