As a Part‐Time Nabisco Merchandise Representative, you will play a vital role in fulfilling the merchandising needs of our customers. Your responsibilities will include stocking shelves, building relationships with store staff, and maintaining appealing displays for beloved brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Serve as a brand ambassador while collaborating with in‑store employees and sales representatives to enhance product visibility.
• Conduct in‑store visits according to Mondel z’s DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing images of displays at assigned locations.
• Ensure that Nabisco’s leading brands are well‑stocked and compliant with Mondel z guidelines.
• Communicate any challenges to the management team and ensure store managers’ plans with Sales Representatives are executed effectively.
• Follow a daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to optimize your in‑store service.
• Promote seasonal sales, coordinate new product launches, and create eye‑catching displays.
• Exhibit a positive and enthusiastic attitude while representing Mondel z in the stores.

• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• A self‑motivated individual with a positive and professional demeanor who thrives in fast‑paced environments.
• Ability to travel to various store locations using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Proficient in downloading and using work‑related applications on your personal device.
• Capable of performing physical tasks including lifting, bending, and carrying items up to 25 lbs, with occasional movements of over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is an advantage.
• Must live within a 25‑mile radius of Plymouth, MA; secondary location is Hanover, MA.
• Availability required on Thursdays.

Hourly compensation ranges from $16 to $18 based on experience. Additional benefits include:
